Texas Precision Painting, LLC was built on trust and is quickly becoming the preferred residential painting company in the Woodlands, TX and surrounding areas. After working in the industry we noticed there was a gap that other companies were missing or unwilling to fill. We want to create a community that can best serve our employees, subcontractors, and most importantly customers. By giving our employees and subcontractors the best work and life balance in the industry. Cody Hardsteen
Owner/Operator
Cody has an eye for detail like no other (he does not get invited to too many parties anymore). He focuses on bringing customers the best possible option for painting when it comes to finish quality and cost all the while meeting budget expectations and upholding the companies outstanding reputation for high end work.
Unlike Tyler, Cody can talk hours about anything (you have been warned).
Cody has been in the painting industry for over a decade now and has a vast knowledge of all types of coatings/finishes and techniques. I have built this company from the ground up with a singular goal to give customers a painting experience that will breed a breath of fresh air back into the "contracting industry".
Tyler Hardsteen
Project Manager
Tyler is dedicated to the art of project management and does wonders for "TPP" by ensuring jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
Tyler recently graduated from UH and has a Bachelors degree in business/project management. Tyler can talk to you for hours about football (Soccer) so don't get him started unless you have some time on your hands. Beyond work Tyler is married and has two "mutts" he calls his children. He spends most his free time with his family and church and enjoys helping his local community.

Only projects over the $10,000 will be required to give a 25% deposit upon singing the contract. Any projects $9,999 and under we do not require a deposit.
Texas Precision Painting LLC carries a $2,000,000 general liability/aggregate. Please ask for a copy of our insurance at the time of the estimate.
We have tried it all and it simply comes down to the fact that Independent Contractors just do better work. We hire independent contractors because they take pride in their work, are punctual and work with purpose and pace. Now does that mean you will have a random team of painters at your door each day? No! I have worked with the same contractor's day in and day out for the past 5+ years and most of them are like family to us.
Texas Precision Painting LLC has a 5 – year limited labor warranty that protects you against and peeling, bubbling, blistering and chipping due to improper preparation or application of the paint.
